Job Summary: The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concession stands within the Sandhills Global Youth Complex. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality consistent with the overall brand and goals of the complex. Grounds Manager

Job Summary: The Grounds Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, care, and improvement of the baseball and softball fields, as well as the surrounding landscape at the Sandhills Global Youth Complex. This role ensures that all playing surfaces meet the highest standards for safety and playability, consistent with the overall brand and goals of the complex. The Grounds Manager will lead a team of groundskeepers and collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to ensure the facility is in peak condition for games, leagues, tournaments, and special events.
